Kimmel-Spiller Rock Climbing Wall The Climbing Wall is open to climbers 5 years or older, who are accompanied by a certified belayer. You must be at least 13 years or older to be a certified belayer. Reservations are required. New indoor climbing schedule for our rock wall. Free for members, guests welcome.

Whether you’re new to the climbing scene, visiting our lovely beach town, or you’ve been climbing for decades, Wilmington Rock Gym has something for everyone. Indoor climbing is a great family activity and our highly trained staff is here to show you the ropes and get your family scaling our walls! Wilmington Rock Gym is open to all, and you don’t need an appointment to climb. Even if you’ve never climbed before, come on in and we’ll show you the ropes. We offer belay classes, group climbing, one-on-one instruction, space for birthday parties, and more.
